Expanation needed

I think an explanation is needed why a party that received only 23 votes had 9 seats in the chamber and 5 in senate. --Maxl (talk) 09:01, 11 April 2019 (UTC)[reply]

Table needed

Can someone with expertise create a table like that found on the other Bolivian election articles? See 1979 Bolivian general election for an example. The later election tables have the ability to move to each election via a link at the top. However, this election as well as the 1966 Bolivian general election pages are missing this function.
