Redlinks

I've restored these after they were deleted by User:Sevenplusone. My reason was that as I create articles on the figures redlinked in the article, I use the "What links here" tool as an aid in developing the article (in this case, to see at a glance what elections the person in question ran in, information that isn't centralized anywhere else).

As I indicated on User:Sevenplusone's talk page, I have no intention of getting into a revert war over this. If somebody reverts my revert, I'll live with the decision and re-insert the links after creating the articles. In the meantime, the redlinks seem to me to be doing no harm and some good.
