Wikipedia pages have been created for every general election held in the United Kingdom and in each region of the nation. No particular reason has been given for the deletion of this page. The data used is based on the statistical report of the House of Commons Library- the same source used for the United Kingdom general elections held in subsequent years. As it is a historical event, it merits to be published. Most importantly, it provides the election statistics for the region of England while the main page only covers the overall election result across the nation. This page has got more data statistics and references than many other elections as well.
