Causes: Hurricanes or not?
[edit]The "Background - Causes" section currently says: "The flooding was not caused by the rains from two hurricanes, Hurricane Connie and Hurricane Diane." But everything that followed seems to describe how the flooding was indeed caused by the two hurricanes. Is that a typo? TebanBlk54 (talk) 23:42, 4 March 2024 (UTC)
