[edit]- Side info from various places: Initial hearing was on 26-30 September 1938, with a finding against Hanlon on 12 October (only on one ground - the others were not established). Appeal lodged 25 October by Hanlon. Webb also appealed on 1 November. Full court heard evidence between 24 and 30 November 1938, with the appeal by Hanlon being allowed on 16 December 1938 and full reasons for decision published 2 months later.
