Following several discussions in past years, these subpages are now deprecated. The comments may be irrelevant or outdated; if so, please feel free to remove this section.

There is very little content in this article. There are few words describing the season for the Athletics. There is a season standings table and a World Series table. These two tables help the reader understand the competition against Philly in 1911, but they do not help the reader understand how they overcame difficulties, if there were any, during the season. There is too little to be even close to a start-class rating. Come and discuss. Thanks Fdssdf (talk) 18:02, 13 January 2008 (UTC)[reply]
