Inclusion in Category:1906 disasters in the United Kingdom

I note the article is in Category:1906 disasters in the United Kingdom. I wonder if this is appropriate as 3 recorded injuries and no recorded fatalities makes me doubtful that the Swansea earthquake qualifies as disaster - the other two entries in this category the Grantham rail accident and the Elliot Junction rail accident both resulted in multiple deaths and injuries.
