• Are all the words in quotation marks ("tremendous equinoctial storm" and "terrific force") actual quotations? The source of the words should be given if they are.

• Those quotations are available in Louisiana Hurricane History by David Roth. [1] He cites Wade, Michael G. (the last citation on the last page) for that information. I'm not sure if Wade himself said those things or if an actual survivor said that because Wade's publication isn't freely available online--12george1 (talk) 22:42, 20 September 2019 (UTC)
