Identity of Mr Webb
[edit]Neither Antony Green nor contemporaneous newspaper accounts list Webb's first name. I have included a note that the Empire describes Mr Webb as a Bathurst shopkeeper, with the support of the Wesleyan body
.[1] This description fits Edmund Webb a former Mayor of Bathurst who owned a large drapery shop in Bathurst and was a renowned Wesleyan Methodist,[2] however I have not found a reliable source and so this is original research, being an analysis of published material to reach a conclusion not stated by the sources. If any editor comes across a reliable source for Webb's identity, please add it to the article --Find bruce (talk) 22:44, 16 November 2019 (UTC)
