Hi, I'm Kingsif, and I'll be doing this review. This is an automated message that helps keep the bot updating the nominated article's talkpage working and allows me to say hi. Feel free to reach out and, if you think the review has gone well, I have some open GA nominations that you could (but are under no obligation to) look at. Note: this represents where the article stands relative to the Good Article criteria. Criteria marked are unassessed
  • History and talk clean
  • Images all good
  • Infobox and map suitable
  • Sources good and everything seems to be cited
  • Copyvio clear except, too much quoting from this source, topping over 50% of the original
  • Is there a reason for the big white space in See also?
  • Lead a good length
  • Two water towers were located above the main roof. Do you know when they were removed (or whatever caused them to no longer be there happened)?
  • Do sand and clay really need wikilinks?
    • Removed.
  • I think American Tract Society needs a mention in the body of the article?
    • Done.
  • I don't know if grown into a "Newspaper Row" needs the 'a' or not
    • Fixed.
  • The wikilink to elevator isn't needed- and it's not at the first mention anyway
    • Removed.
  • It's not clear if the Woodrow Wilson Foundation occupied the building in the 1919-45 period, or after this.
  • In the two sentences Pace also acquired 150 Nassau Street and other nearby buildings in 1967, with plans to destroy them and build an office tower. These plans did not proceed and Pace University sold the American Tract Building in 1982, the building is referred to by two different names. This is a smaller issue, but I'm sure you can come up with a suitable solution
  • Nassau Equities principal Jack Lefkowitz - presumably Nassau Equities should get a possessive; I also don't know if Lefkowitz is the principal owner/director/something, rather than just principal?
  • Rest good
