Move from 14th (extraordinary) Congress of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia to 14th Congress of the League of Communists of Yugoslavia. Uncontroversial move. Literature refers to it as the 14th Congress, and no other communist party congresses uses the term extraordinary (even if they were). --TIAYN (talk) 21:34, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
The "extraordinary" is a direct translation from the Serbo-Croatian "(iz)vanredni", though admittedly it does sound a bit odd in English. A better term might be "emergency". ~barakokula31(talk)21:50, 10 January 2017 (UTC)[reply]
