JzG, I have restored the material sourced to bmpd.livejournal.com. This is a site maintained by the Cemtre for Analysis of Strategies and Technologies (CAST), a reputable Russian thinktank, with a track record of breaking new military news, such as the reestablishment of 1st Guards Tank Army. Er, faceplant (!!) However, the point is here that the site is not a propaganda vehicle regarding the Donbass or anywhere else; it's a military forces/equipment update site. I've spent some considerable time previously scanning through the articles, and apart from some residual prioritizing of Russian viewpoints, in the same way that DefenceOne, CSIS, or suchlike will prioritize U.S. viewpoints, it shows no signs of propaganda.
