Non-sequitur

[edit]

The article states that "in the UK at the time, 0898 was a premium rate dialling code associated with sex hotlines, hence the cover." The cover shows a group of turtles marching in formation with women's faces as their shells; the article needs to make it clear how this illustrates telephone sex hotlines. -Ashley Pomeroy (talk) 19:17, 8 November 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Orphaned references in 0898 Beautiful South

[edit]

I check pages listed in Category:Pages with incorrect ref formatting to try to fix reference errors. One of the things I do is look for content for orphaned references in wikilinked articles. I have found content for some of 0898 Beautiful South's orphans, the problem is that I found more than one version. I can't determine which (if any) is correct for this article, so I am asking for a sentient editor to look it over and copy the correct ref content into this article.

Reference named "allmusic":

  • From The Beautiful South: Stephen Thomas Erlewine (9 October 1995). "Carry on Up the Charts: The Best of the Beautiful South - The Beautiful South". AllMusic. Retrieved 28 February 2014.

I apologize if any of the above are effectively identical; I am just a simple computer program, so I can't determine whether minor differences are significant or not. AnomieBOT 17:59, 7 March 2016 (UTC)[reply]
