Similarity to .ini

Besides a file extension, .properties is now also one of the New Top Level Domains (NewTLDs)

The .properties New TLD is now live - it reached General Availability status (starting with a one-week EAP) last Wednesday, May 28th, 2014 and as of today is being offered at the regular pricing level: .properties TLD — Preceding unsigned comment added by 64.134.69.180 (talk) 12:47, 4 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]
