This organisation is an official organisation of the National Youth Council of Ireland, and is listed as an organisation within the Council, there are many other articles on the members within the council, so it is wrong to delete this, without even looking it up. It is obvious that the user who tagged this for speedy deletion did not look into it.

As this article has just been created I would like more time to work on it.

The fact that Ógra Chorcaí is a member of an umbrella organization that may (or may not) be notable, that has other sub-organizations that may (or may not) be notable, does not make Ógra Chorcaí notable per se. Remember, notability is not inherited. The article must assert that this organization is notable, by citing reliable sources indicating significant coverage for this organization.
