Equipe Nationale Belge redirects here, and is confusing. Equipe Nationale Belge competed for several years using various cars and drivers. For instance, Olivier Gendebien drove a Ferrari for Equipe Nationale Belge in the 1961 Belgian Grand Prix.--SportWagon (talk) 03:55, 14 June 2008 (UTC)[reply]
I'm pretty certain it was entered by Ecurie Belge. It carried that team's yellow racing color instead of Ferrari's "Rosso corsa".Tvx1 16:15, 19 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
Interesting. Everyone (Motor Sport, grandprix.com and also Mike Lang's Grand Prix! Vol 1) seems to agree that Scuderia Ferrari loaned a car to Equipe Nationale Belge, but there seems (to me) to be a lack of clarity over which organisation actually entered the car - FORIX (usually very reliable) lists the entrant as "Scuderia Ferrari SpA SEFAC", and it's not listed as an ENB entry at ChicaneF1 (note that Ferrari is only listed as a Car/Engine Manufacturer for 1955, not 1961). The original source I quoted back in 2008 is now dead (and archive.org reports that it is currently "having issues"). DH85868993 (talk) 10:18, 21 January 2018 (UTC)[reply]
