Taïrroir

Taïrroir is a high end restaurant in Taiwan specializing in Taiwanese cuisine. It has been awarded three Michelin stars. Taïrroir is located in Taipei.[1]

History

Head chef Kai Ho trained in Singapore including alongside Julien Royer.[2]

In 2021 Kai Ho was head chef and Angela Lai was the pastry chef.[3]

In 2023 Taïrroir collaborated with Whey restaurant in Hong Kong.[4]

Awards and recognition

In 2019 they received their third Michelin star, the first Taiwanese cuisine restaurant in the world to do so.[5][1]
