Stephen Glen Howell (born December 20, 1956) is a former American football fullback who played for the Miami Dolphins of the National Football League (NFL). He played college football at Baylor University.[1][2][3] He was also a member of the Philadelphia Eagles and played in the United States Football League (USFL) for the Arizona Wranglers.[4]

After his football career, Howell served as a softball coach until retiring in 2022.[5][6]
