Somerby Hill[2] is a suburb of Grantham in South Kesteven in Lincolnshire, England.[3] It is directly to the southeast of Grantham. It was first recorded in 898 with the nearby Saxon village of Somerby,[4] which later grew into Grantham in the 11th century.[5] The area is mostly residential and on the brow of a hill between Grantham and the A52 road which passes through the area.[6]
