The silver pikeconger[1] (Hoplunnis pacifica) is an eel in the family Nettastomatidae (duckbill/witch eels).[2] It was described by E. David Lane and Kenneth W. Stewart in 1968.[3] It is a marine, tropical eel which is known from the eastern Pacific Ocean. Males can reach a maximum total length of 125 centimetres (49 in), but more commonly reach a TL of 60 centimetres (24 in).[2]
