Sheel Vardhan Singh,[2] retired IPS is former 29th Director General,[3][4] of Central Industrial Security Force was former Special Director of Intelligence Bureau[5][6] from Bihar cadre (1986).[7][8][9][10] He is also serving as a member of Union Public Service Commission from 15 January 2024 to 25 August 2028.[11]
