Semes Kandeh-ye Olya (Persian: سمسكنده عليا)[a] is a village in, and the capital of, Miandorud-e Kuchak Rural District of the Central District of Sari County, Mazandaran province, Iran.[4]

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 3,237 in 857 households.[5] The following census in 2011 counted 3,398 people in 959 households.[6] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 3,443 people in 1,059 households.[2]
