Sarikondapalem is a village in Palnadu district of the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is the headquarters of Bollapalle mandal in Narasaraopet revenue division.[2]

Geography

Sarikondapalem is situated to the south of the mandal headquarters, Bhattiprolu,[4] at 16°07′N 79°41′E / 16.117°N 79.683°E / 16.117; 79.683. It is spread over an area of 896 ha (2,210 acres).[2]

Governance

Sarikondapalem gram panchayat is the local self-government of the village.[1] It is divided into wards and each ward is represented by a ward member.[5]

Education

As per the school information report for the academic year 2018–19, the village has a total of 3 MPP schools.[6]
