Sanjay Srivastava (academician)

Sanjay Srivastava is a professor of political science at the Banaras Hindu University. Since April 2023, he is serving as the vice-chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Central University.[1]

Biography

Srivastava holds a PhD from Kumaun University. In 2006, he joined Banaras Hindu University as associate professor, and was elevated to professor rank in 2009.[2]

He is a member in the Executive Council and Finance Committee of Jamia Millia Islamia.[3] Srivastava has been a Fulbright Visiting Scholar at the American University.[4][2]

In April 2023, he was appointed as the vice-chancellor of Mahatma Gandhi Central University.[5]
