Saminek [saˈminɛk] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Dąbrówno, within Ostróda County, Warmian-Masurian Voivodeship, in northern Poland.[1] It lies approximately 25 kilometres (16 mi) south of Ostróda and 44 km (27 mi) south-west of the regional capital Olsztyn.
During World War II the Germans operated a forced labour subcamp of the Nazi prison in Barczewo in the village.[2]
