Saint Vincent and the Grenadines made its Paralympic Games début at the 2020 Summer Paralympics in Tokyo, Japan, from 24 August to 5 September 2021.[1][2][3][4][5] The country had one male athlete in 2020.[6]
For the 2024 Summer Paralympics, Saint Vincent and the Grenadines sent 1 competitor once again, one male athlete.[7]
