Saint-Cyprien (French pronunciation: [sɛ̃ sipʁijɛ̃]) is a parish in the Les Etchemins Regional County Municipality in Quebec, Canada. It is part of the Chaudière-Appalaches region and the population is 490 as of 2016. It is named after Christian martyr Cyprian.
Saint-Cyprien lies on the Canada–United States border.
Demographics
[edit]In the 2021 Census of Population conducted by Statistics Canada, Saint-Cyprien had a population of 474 living in 238 of its 290 total private dwellings, a change of -3.3% from its 2016 population of 490. With a land area of 93.48 km2 (36.09 sq mi), it had a population density of 5.1/km2 (13.1/sq mi) in 2021.[4]
