Rolando "Roly" Paniagua Cabrera (born 14 November 1966) is a Bolivian football coach and former player who played as a forward.[1] He is the current assistant manager of Oriente Petrolero.

Paniagua played in 25 matches for the Bolivia national football team from 1985 to 1996.[2] He was also part of Bolivia's squad for the 1987 Copa América tournament.[3]
