Rodrigo Sebastián Alonso (born February 11, 1982) is an Argentine former football defender.
Club career
[edit]Alonso started his professional football career in 2003 with Huracan, after which he would later move on to playing for 8 other clubs while also going on loan spell at Deportes Concepcion.[2]
After a brief stint with Círculo Deportivo de Nicanor Otamendi [es],[3] Alonso won the Primera B Metropolitana with Almirante Brown in 2020 and that was his only career trophy throughout his 22 years playing years according to his career stats on Soccer way.[4]
Alonso retired at the end of 2022.[5]
Coaching career
[edit]Following his retirement, Alonso assumed as sport manager of Almirante Brown. In 2024, he became the head coach of the team.[5]
