Reptyl is a fictional character appearing in American comic books published by Marvel Comics.

Fictional character biography

Reptyl is a reptilian alien and pirate from an unnamed planet in the Coal Sack Nebula. After battling the Silver Surfer on numerous occasions, he is seemingly killed by the Super-Skrull before transforming into the dragon-like Reptyl Prime.[1][2][3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11] He is later given god-like powers by Thanos before eventually losing them.[12]

Powers and abilities

Reptyl possessed superhuman strength, speed, stamina, durability, agility, and reflexes as a result of his reptilian alien heritage, as well as a vulnerability to extreme cold. He is additionally an experienced armed and unarmed combatant, a highly skilled leader and space pilot, and a master of most known hand weapons. He wields a ray-pistol and sword.

As Reptyl Prime, he possesses the ability to fly at high speeds, survive in space, and manipulate cosmic energy, and is no longer weak to cold.
