The Rating and Valuation (Scotland) Act 1952 (15 & 16 Geo. 6 & 1 Eliz. 2. c. 47) is an Act of Parliament of the United Kingdom.[1] The act amended the law relating to rating and valuation of Scottish land which was leased to certain public bodies.
