Ram Mandir at Janakpurdham is a historical Hindu temples devoted to Lord Rama. It is located near the world famous Janaki Mandir in the city of Janakpur.[1]

The Ram Mandir is one of the oldest Hindu temple in the city of Janakpur.[2] It is said that the temple was built in the late 1700s by a Gorkhali General, Amar Singh Thapa. The architecture of the temple is in the traditional Nepalese pagoda style.[3] The temple is located directly in front of the sacred Dhanushsagar Lake.[4] Within the Ram Mandir complex, there is also a Shaktipeetha known as Rajdevi Mandir.[5]
