Qaraqaşlı, Neftchala
Qaraqaşlı is a village and municipality in the Neftchala Rayon of Azerbaijan. It has a population of 2,469.[citation needed] The municipality consists of the villages of Qaraqaşlı, Beştalı, and Şorkənd.[1]
