Pythium spinosum is a plant pathogen infecting a wide variety of crops. Hosts observed to be infected include rice in Taiwan,[1] Primula, Impatiens, soil in Florida,[2] Cucumis melo in South Korea (as damping off),[3] and soybeans in Arkansas USA,[4] China,[4] and Indiana USA.[4]
