The Prison Act 1952 (15 & 16 Geo. 6 & 1 Eliz. 2. c. 52) is an Act of Parliament of the United Kingdom.[1]
The act allows for the Secretary of State to make rules for the regulation and management of prisons, and for the classification, treatment, employment, discipline and control of persons required to be detained therein.[2]
