I want this section to contain articles of mid to top importance to the subject, and of at least c class quality. otherwise, its a very subjective list.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 19:08, 1 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]

you know, this section had articles about latin america, which led me to believe that the portal was about the latin american people. I now think that it was meant to only be about latinos in the united states. confusing.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 18:26, 2 March 2014 (UTC)[reply]
