Regarding: Two Indian nationals are shot in the U.S. state of Kansas; one has died while the other is wounded. (Reuters) The murder was racially motivated and intended to frighten immigrants. I would like to include the word "terrorist" in the title, as well as point out that the killer was Caucasian. This is because terrorism is not something exclusive to dark skinned humans or humans following a specific religion.
