Polistes crinitus is a species of paper wasp most commonly found on Hispaniola, Jamaica and other, smaller Caribbean islands.[1] Subspecies of P. crinitus include Polistes crinitus crinitus, Polistes crinitus americanus, and Polistes crinitus multicolor.
