Phulahatta Parikauli is a village development committee in Mahottari District, Janakpur Zone, southeastern Nepal. The 1991 Nepal census recorded a population of 4,226 people living in 737 households. The village features six schools, including Hari Om Shivdhari English Boarding School and Damodar Academy. Currently, Rabindra Yadav is the ward councillor for Ward No. 9 from this village.
