Paul Stuart Lewis Yates (born June 1988) is a British film sales executive and the founder of The Mise En Scène Company (MSC),[1][2] a UK-based international film sales agency and distributor known for representing independent films at major film markets. Under Yates' leadership, MSC has established a reputation for supporting independent films.[3][2][4][5][6][7]

[edit]Paul Stuart Lewis Yates was born on 3 June 1988 in Aberdeen, Scotland. Little is known about his early life and education from publicly available sources, though he pursued a career in film sales and established MSC in early 2020.[8][2]
Career
[edit]Yates launched The Mise En Scène Company in 2020. MSC debuted its first slate at the EFM. Prior to this, in 2020 Yates worked at the Ritz in London.[2][9][10]
