Paraxanthias is a genus of crabs in the family Xanthidae, containing one exclusively fossil species[1] and the following extant species:[2][3]

- Paraxanthias flavescens (Rathbun, 1906)
- Paraxanthias hirtipes (Stimpson, 1871)
