Oblix or Oblix at The Shard is an English gourmet restaurant located in The Shard near London bridge.[1] The head chef is English chef Eliot Eudes.[2] In 2022, Country and Town House named Oblix "Restaurant of the Week".[3]

History

Oblix at The Shard was founded in September 2012 on the 32nd floor of The Shard skyscraper in St Thomas St, London by restaurateur Rainer Becker.[4] Oblix is located in Europe's tallest building, The Shard and offers urban dining with a view of London. Oblix offers dishes from the Josper, spit roast and wood-fired ovens from the open kitchen. Oblix at The Shard was styled by Claudio Silvestrin. Oblix offers its customers a dual dining experience with a general dining room and a lounge that serves cocktails, deli lunches and a la carte menus.[5][6]

Food

Oblix offers several open fire grill & rotisserie as well as vegetarian and vegan dishes. Its cuisine are more of modern food than classical food itself.[6]
