Noelia Zeballos Melgar (Spanish pronunciation: [noˈelja seˈβaʝos melˈɣaɾ]; born 2 May 1994) is a Bolivian tennis player.[1]

Zeballos has a career-high singles ranking by the Women's Tennis Association (WTA) of 440, reached on 8 May 2023. She also has a career-high WTA doubles ranking of 272, achieved on 21 August 2023. Zeballos has won three singles and 19 doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.

Playing for Bolivia Fed Cup team, she has an overall win–loss record of 34–34 (as of July 2024).

Her brother Federico is also a professional tennis player.
