The Nissan N7 is a battery electric mid-size sedan that will be produced by Nissan for the Chinese market through the Dongfeng Nissan joint venture.

Overview

[edit]

If the N7 already looks familiar, Dongfeng Nissan previewed the production model in April with the Epoch concept. Nissan is not yet willing to reveal the interior, nor is it ready to divulge technical specifications beyond the dimensions of the car. It is based on a locally developed modular electrical architecture and will be offered with the advanced driver assistance system "Navigation on Autopilot". Inside, the touchscreen should run smoothly thanks to the Qualcomm Snapdragon 8295P processor.

The N7 will go on sale in China during the first half of 2025. It is one of several models included in Nissan's "The Arc" mid-term plan, which will see Dongfeng Nissan's joint venture accelerate the launch of hybrid and electric vehicles in China. The strategy calls for a total of 30 models worldwide by 2027, including seven vehicles for the United States.[1]
