Nishchal Chandan (born 20 June 1999)[1] is an Indian footballer who plays as a defender for Indian Super League club Jamshedpur.
Early life
[edit]Chandan is born in Chandigarh.[2]
Career
[edit]Minerva Academy FC
[edit]Chandan's journey started with Minerva Academy in 2015, where he learnt his basic skills and honed them. Later, became a champion in the U-18 I-League North Zone Championship with Minerva FC.[3]
Punjab FC
[edit]He progressed to make his debut in the I-League second division with Punjab FC in 2020-21.[3]
Sudeva Delhi FC
[edit]He followed by a stint with Sudeva FC from 2021-23, where he not only made his I-League debut as captain but also scored a goal.[3]
Churchill Brothers FC Goa
[edit]He later followed by a move to Churchill Brothers in 2023-24 playing all 19 games.[3]
Jamshedpur FC
[edit]On 16 July 2024, Nishchal penned a deal with Jamshedpur FC.[3]
