Nisans

From Wikipedia, the free encyclopedia

Nisans[a] was a Proto Slavs or/and Sorbs and Silesians tribe that inhabited the basin of Neisse and Nysa rivers near Dresden. They most likely were in the union with Glomatian tribe.[1] They were conquered by Holy Roman Empire between 928 and 929, and their lands were incorporated into the Margravate of Meissen.[1][2]
