In August 2016, Milošević was appointed as manager of Radnik Bijeljina.[2] He left his position in May 2017.[3]
Between 2017 and 2019, Milošević served as an assistant to Slaviša Stojanović at Riga FC, Levski Sofia,[4] and the Latvia national football team.
