Movistar KOI is a Spanish professional esports organisation owned by OverActive Media. The organisation was created as a result of a merger between KOI, Movistar Riders and MAD Lions in January 2024.[1] As part of a triple merger, during 2024 they competed under two names: Movistar KOI and MAD Lions KOI. The final merger was announced at the Movistar KOICON event on December 6, 2024.[2]

The organisation competes with two teams in League of Legends (European LEC and Spanish Superliga); one in Valorant; one in Counter-Strike 2; and two players for Pokémon World Championships. It will also be present in Fortnite and Free Fire.[3]
