Mokre ['mɔkrɛ] (meaning "wet") is a village located in southern Poland, in the Opole Voivodeship, Głubczyce County and Gmina Głubczyce.[1] It lies approximately 11 kilometres (7 mi) south-west of Głubczyce and 60 km (37 mi) south of the regional capital Opole.
History
[edit]During World War II, the Germans operated the E316 forced labour subcamp of the Stalag VIII-B/344 prisoner-of-war camp in the village.[2]
