Moghan (Persian: مغان)[a] is a village in Pain Velayat Rural District of the Central District of Kashmar County, Razavi Khorasan province, Iran.

Population

At the time of the 2006 National Census, the village's population was 1,978 in 544 households.[4] The following census in 2011 counted 2,274 people in 680 households.[5] The 2016 census measured the population of the village as 2,516 people in 788 households. It was the most populous village in its rural district.[2]
